How do I delete my SongPop Account?

Want or Need to Delete Your SongPop Account? Let us take care of that for you!

It is possible for us to delete your account. Remember deleting your account is permanent, so once you've submitted this request you will not be able to save the progress or merge the progress from this account. 

We require:

1.) Your SongPop Username. Remember Usernames are cAsE sEnSiTiVe, so we need you to be sure you have the right username when you submit your request. This cannot be your Facebook Name, or an Email Address. (see attached image)

2.) Number of Coins

3.) Number of Power Ups

If all of this information matches the information we have for you, then we can delete your account. These specifications are so that not just anyone can delete your account. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and cooperation.
